exactly we have all the talent we need to at least compete with the very best in pacific, yet the CEO think "ahh maybe we can sneak some tier2 PH player" hahawe're not against a mixed roster, its just why would you take tier 2 player, if you can sign the better one, i bet this RRQ PH can't even win next year ascension league
