So i’ve been hearing from various medias about complications with the LOUD roster? starting from releasing their coach and now possibly disbanding or the team seeking other opportunities as a roster or individuals? can someone just add context and more info as i’m not sure what is occurring in S. America’s rosters

I think it has to do with issues regarding salaries and players getting paid based on height

players want more salary and they are still discussing

The thing is that LOUD doesn't have international strutucture (like Furia and Mibr have). They are only big in Brazil but "Real" to "Dolar" makes all the difference in the situation here (Loud players earn a very very good salary but since they are going to USA this salary isn't good enough to live there).

Money, the problem is money my brother.

1$ = 5,39 R$

So paying someone 5K in LA is kinda shit. Even If means ABSOLUTE RICHNESS in Brazil.

And now other orgs are coming with 20K+ Dolars for each player.

but in regards to their salary, is there a chance LOUD will disband and we see the fall of two dominant rosters? What are the chances of LOUD losing their Champion’s winning team?

Saadhak said on stream they wanna keep the roster together. Who cares about org, the important is that those 5 stay together

So LOUD still in negotiation with the players about their contracts , it has been stressful days for both parties , Saadhak said that he had like 4/5 meetings a day also all the players are getting approached by other orgs but Saadhak said they are trying to stick together and that it isn't only about money. About bzka, he said the reason why bzka isn't loud's coach anymore it's because it was saadhak and sacy that made the decisions for that team and that bzka needed to coach other team in order to make more decisions and gain more experience so it could be "the bzka way" instead of "the sacy and saadhak way", bzka was invited by them to became general manager but he declined since that he wants continue work as a coach.

Also main issue is not even for salary itself
It is because they need to RENT HOUSE FOR THEIR FAMILIES.
They gonna rent with their salary, so basically it is an useless salary.
Probably LOUD reject to pay houses for LOUD players since LA is very expensive + Low salary.
