Yoru insta tp

You know, I've always been thinking about what Riot can do to make Yoru viable in pro play, and an idea struck my head. What if his tp was faster, similar to Chamber's?
Cuz right now, although his tp is in a fine state, it's not fully reliable as there's always that risk of someone either camping your tp or hearing it and expecting you to tp, so they get an easy kill on you. I feel that this could make him broken in a way, but at the same time, my boy needs some spotlight :)

while they are at it they should buff yoru so he can revive all teammates at the same time
