Why does Zander have so much hype?

I understand he plays lefty and he frags but why does Zander have this fervent following of Twitter, Reddit, and VLR users saying he should take over as IGL over someone like Stellar or others on franchised teams? Didn't he stop calling for V1 while he was playing?

yes but people forgot about v1 since they didnt qual for stage2 so their last image of them was stage1 where they were good

again its like people pulling out someone they think is underground to seem unique

I feel like people don't understand the concept that igls can get better or worse depending upon the meta. Zander was really good in stage 1, but over time , his igling hasn't really seemed to be sustainable over time which can be largely attributed to the different meta imo (For example, like a Gambit/M3C situation). Also, the people who are saying Zander should replace Stellar are unironically braindead, and only say this dumb shit (in my opinion) cause Zander was at one point rumored to go to certain teams like Sen to be an igl and people haven't let that go for some reason.
