Can brazilian team pick 5 NA PLAYERS or 3 player rule apply to it as i doubt brazil have 15 good players

there is a rule that for each region you should have three players from that region..like 3 brazilians at least and two na players the other way is still valid like 3 na players and two brs...and so going on.

I don't think that rule applies anymore since the region is now Americas. it would be something like 3 minimum Americas players in case you want to import from outside
