Yes but theoretically an org could sign them as a pair and then the remaining members in separate contracts.

Optic core without Chet is like a Sandwich with 1 slice of bread. Fns brings in the igling and Chet brings in the Strat book. Without him optic is incomplete but we'll see what happens

yes they are but obviously they would want to stick together since they have gotten so much success together and NRG has deep pockets to satisfy their financial demands.
