So apparently if you got 0 points from challengers 1, you can play the Turkish/CIS quals. I really don't know what to think about this. If G2 wants to play turkish quals, ardiis will be playing with 60/70 ping for example. Thoughts?

do the CIS + Turkey tournaments give circuit points for overall EU qualification? if so, then this makes sense.

I doubt any of those three will do it because it's pretty scummy publicity but I could see some tier 2 EU teams trying to pull it.
