can someone with knowledge tell me how OPTIC misses franchising? they seem to be a huge org with teams in various other esports for many years.. their reputation in COD is probable the largest of all.. OPTIC pretty much check all the boxes but somehow RIOT don't think they deserve a slot??? someone who knows anything please explain?
