not comparable, NA is just the USA & Canada while EMEA is multiple countries of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. you are too desperate honestly and its funny.
NA = USA, Europe = more than one country, not even debatable. if you wanna talk, lets talk, at the most recent champs ‘22, highest NA placed 2nd while highest EU placed 4th. lets not compare these two regions bc in the end, BR is superior :)
riot taking japan and na their 2 strongest regions for granted in favor of pushing the game for weaker regions. We'll see how it turns out.. imo riot is shooting themselves in the foot a bit
