6 na imo
Sentinels
TSM
Cloud9
The Guard
NRG
100 Thieves
Kru
Furia
LOUD
Leviatan
if G2 goes for america, they will probably replace NRG or 100t
idk about lev tbh, just a guess
post yours here
kshah [#2]OpTic instead of The Guard imo
didnt think of that actually. idk if optic will make it tbh
i reckon optic dont make it and TSM pick them up
number1_MIBR_hater [#7]If G2 would get a roster to play in America it would be Lev roster, since Spain and shit
oh yeah true
I disagree with this idea of 6 NA. In fact, NA is superior to BR and LATAM, but the TRIPLE spots in relation to them is absurd. For that to happen, I think NA would always have to do well in the masters with all their teams. And that didn't happen, The Guard and XSET disappointed in masters 1 and 2.
I know NA invests more, but I still think it's absurd. I think 6 ORG NA is even valid, but one of them with a line with players from Leviatan or Kru (from what the news says the orgs are not so well regarded). 5 NA teams, 3 BR teams, 2 LATAM teams (with 1 NA org involved) is the best.
Luck_ [#8]oh yeah true
I think it wouldnt be surprise having 3 br teams since loud and furia are in and mibr has a strong chance
alitmanus [#9]Furia is a joke, those guys have been together for 2 years and didn't improve to international level, can't even beat VK
They are but the org is strong

i think its fair to have half and half but na is a bigger region than both latam and br. most people are saying 7 na 3 sa. i think thats too far but ig we will see how it goes
alitmanus [#9]Furia is a joke, those guys have been together for 2 years and didn't improve to international level, can't even beat VK
Furia has been to more lans than vk

You're correct

being part of the franchise is not about performance, it's about visualization + money
DNRIIS [#16]being part of the franchise is not about performance, it's about visualization + money
still they will just give more shame to us

5 NA, 3 BR, 2 LATAM is fair as fuck. Let's not lie to ourselves, Lev roster under onur could get at least to semi finals of NA LCQ
alitmanus [#17]still they will just give more shame to us
maybe not, Furia may change their line to franchise
TheSacredDonut [#19]For NA
EG
TSM
C9
100T
T1
The GuardI think riot will value lcs relations a lot more that people will expect. As for the guard, they have so much influence in LA, and with that being announced for America hub, I don't see them not making the cut
yeah i agree. t1? i didnt even think of taht. i assumed they would go for kr bc you have to have at least like 3 players from that region right? correct me if im wrong
number1_MIBR_hater [#7]If G2 would get a roster to play in America it would be Lev roster, since Spain and shit
I get that but tbh I don't see an org like g2 ever going that route. Maybe it'd be because of pride but I'd imagine that if they wanted to go to the americas league was to chip at the NA viewership specifically and would probably want to get some big personalities. Leviatan are a popular team but only in latam

Bit they would get the NA viewership because it is an American league. I might be crazy, but I don't think G2 would leave europe

It would get those matches ofc but they prob want rivalries with sen and shit, probably would rather buy out xset or optic if they dont make it
Luck_ [#5]didnt think of that actually. idk if optic will make it tbh

TSM current roster move to academy? it would be p stacked for an ac team
or do they just leave as f/a s

They have said they want to stay in na for franchising + they own nsg which is going to be very useful for riot in the challenger tourneys

Brazil as a region does not deserve 3 spots, we only have 1 tier 1 team, LATAM has 2 tier 1 teams, it makes no sense for BR to have more spots than LATAM...
alitmanus [#17]still they will just give more shame to us

geometrix [#26]TSM current roster move to academy? it would be p stacked for an ac team

i think i read somewhere that franchised aren’t allowed academy rosters? not sure
rina [#36]i think i read somewhere that franchised aren’t allowed academy rosters? not sure
wdym, I thought they NEED an academy and a game changers to get franchised

How does LATAM have two tier 1 teams?

It's not about performance, it's about money and visualization. Therefore, Br can take 3 spots. Fluxo for example is an org that brings a lot of fans and has a lot money, just look at CS
rina [#36]i think i read somewhere that franchised aren’t allowed academy rosters? not sure
they aren't allowed to play in ascension but ofc they're allowed to employ 5 extra players to scrim with the main team and stuff, it just doesnt make a lot of sense with what we know

TBK é realmente um bom time e talvez pudessem ter uma performance melhor.
Mas eu concordo que essa line atual da Furia não seria boa o bastante para o modelo de franquia. Mudanças são necessárias.

saw it through bodork / george geddes a few weeks ago
DNRIIS [#40]It's not about performance, it's about money and visualization. Therefore, Br can take 3 spots. Fluxo for example is an org that brings a lot of fans and has a lot money, just look at CS
If it's just about that, there are more NA orgs that bring much more visibility than Fluxo or any possible 3 br team...
aTastyCook1e [#44]If it's just about that, there are more NA orgs that bring much more visibility than Fluxo or any possible 3 br team...
yes, that's why NA will probably have 6 slots, but if Br has 3 it will also make sense, because Br orgs have money and visibility
If G2 moves to America they are 100 replacing NRG, 100T has too many connections to riot and are already one of the biggest esports brands in the world barely behind orgs like G2 and TL
NIP also maybe as a possibility? I doubt they replace LOUD but maybe Furia?
Maybe BR has 3 spots LATAM has 1? Sad as it is, LATAM-S is basically the only region that gets rep for LATAM and BR has better viewership. Turn KRU into a LATAM superteam and add some team like NIP or MIBR in place of LEV
aTastyCook1e [#44]If it's just about that, there are more NA orgs that bring much more visibility than Fluxo or any possible 3 br team...
charizard_123 [#25]It would get those matches ofc but they prob want rivalries with sen and shit, probably would rather buy out xset or optic if they dont make it
I'm pretty sure TSM is buying Optic immediately if they don't make it into franchising
