Valorant crashes my whole pc

i have tried everything : restart pc, reinstall valorant, updating windows, updating drivers and this game still won't open up and the whole windows stops responding and i need to restart my pc.

please tell me I'm not the only one here with this problem

Turns out an older version of the FACEIT app and the latest Vanguard version were not playing nice. If you are still experiencing issues, please update your FACEIT app.
