yeah that is true, but its Scream and I think Phoenix suits him better he isn't super aggro player

It's about who is playing it. Scream just needs to focus on fragging. TL has a history of struggling to finding the formula for Scream. Neon probably isn't going to be the strongest agent for him as his style is more about flicking and less about tracking.
