DRX have a different coaching structure from most teams.

Glow and termi are their in game coaches primarily. As in they'll manage mostly what they do in game, scrims, etc

If i'm not wrong, Argency is their strategic coach. He's the one helping come up with the set plays everyone knows them for.

Anaks is their player development coach.

In other words, the DRX coaches all take on their own role that they excel at.

i thought anaks coaches for their academy even though on vlr says main but i could be wrong, its also possible he both main and academy team

you mean the korean style of coaching? where they have a coach for a specific thing yea that comes from all the way back to starcraft
