Will watch parties be allowed for Masters?

I generally don't enjoy watching NA matches on nerdstgamers that much compared to watch parties of Shroud, Myth or Dicey etc. Reasons being I don't enjoy NA casters compared to EU or Korean (Btw check out Korean matches, Tastosis cast there half of matches, other two aren't bad either) , and second being NA matches start at 1:30 am for me so I watch one map at max if there is no watch party. But dicey tweeted he is not permitted to do watch party. Is shroud and myth the same or they would be allowed?

for the first strike tournament, only ninja and myth had watch parties, maybe myth and shroud might watch it.

apparently its only Shroud, Ninja, Myth and for some reason Pokimane. I'm prolly going to watch the Shroud stream or Myth stream
