You dont understand, NA can make so much money for riot through sponsors, brand deals etc and i agree tokyo can also give a full stadium but not the money that can come through NA.

Na has way more money than any other region, richest orgs in the world are from there. Salaries are higher and revenues are larger. While in Japan you cant find that money, ofc viewers are there but not rich orgs.
