Do you guys think I should seek help?

So, I know maybe what im gonna tell you sounds crazy but every day Im going on screaM instagram and I work with my right hand..you know what I mean and I told this to my friend he thinks im homosexual and I need to seek for help…4 days since he told me this and I cant stop thinking about that, I have fear that maybe he is right and actually I am homosexual…But for me it was totally a normal thing before that. What do u guys think
