Can you elaborate on that?

3 regional leagues: ASIA, AMERICAS, EMEA
all leagues have 8-12 teams selected by riot as a partnership
they fight among each other in the league and the few at top go to masters

Valorant make 3 systems worldwide, number one is for NA, nomber 2 for EU, number 3 for ASIA. Each area had 10 teams in the system. The valorant will read many applications and decide who is entering. Valorant will partnershipping with them to create skins and something like money making stuff with them and Valorant will pay the teams some moners

So before the major events, it will be like a points system, right? Teams will play against eache other and the ones with the most points will then compete worldwide?

Won't that affect the up and comer teams which are trying to enter the scene. The open qualifier system lets new teams enter the scene which may or may not be upto the level of T1 teams but but due to partnership, won't the opportunities for lesser known teams get even lesser?
