Why they are the only ones?
Ping difference between Brazil, LAN & LAS. Online would've been a connectivity nightmare
I mean Emea and Asia/East might have the same problem
EMEA has always been online even for Challengers and only Turkey seems to have some ping issues but not game-breaking. Don't know about EA though
NA isn't lan because last year LCQ LAN was a disaster, Riot Brazil has good structure for LAN so they might as well
Kinda surprising that we have better organization , there might be more reasons
Less visa problems/restrictions in SA and cheaper flights prob
