does anyone actually think he will stay with sentinels if they win lcq?
snoozna [#2]i mean obv he says if franchising takes place in LA or somewhere around LA then yes.
huh, i thought he lived in texas?
gerritz [#8]He made it pretty clear that he was playing for LCQ. I think shroud goes back to rich man streaming and then Sick comes back once his personal lives smooths out.
see some of the clips he said like a week or two before, he clearly said that he might take it more proffesionally depending on circumstances

I may have interpreted it wrong then. I though he was just saying that he’s going to take the LCQ seriously. Shroud has surprised me. He’s doing great. Would love for him to stick around but I’d hope Sick finds a good team.
xann [#9]what role would sick play though? He wasn't comfortable on smokes
I dont know especially since franchising is coming with a ton of roster changes. So if shroud plays really well and SEN goes far, I could see them allow sick to explore other options. But if they do very well, sick could replace someone on the team like dapr maybe idk. It all depends on who gets into franchising
I think if the meta still ends up being heavily leaning towards neon, it provides a great opportunity for sick to step up as that kind of player. I view it similarly to Victor where going from the non-jett duelist to initiator in the duelist starved meta hurt the players' opportunities to shine, but with neon coming back combined with the main Op role going to chamber players there is a good opening for those duelist non-op players to find their groove once again
