We dont know if they’re in yet, all we know is that they made the next phase
i think, it will be an org that doesn't have a team yet but wants to confirm a franchising spot. my bet is on heroic. and i think, if heroic picks up M3C and M3C wins LCQ, the team will stay get into the franchise league.
