Unless you have a player who can have a lot of impact with his weapons such as yay/derke/forsaken/tacolilla etc there’s no reason for you to put chamber on your comp, his utility is dogshit if not used by a star player and it would be much more beneficial to have a KJ or any initiator instead of him in your team
