LCS is dead, investing in it has no return on investment. Hence they want to move to another region (LPL, LEC)

ALso TSM is the biggest org in NA in terms of Esports behind maybe 100T. Riot would be stupid to deny them and give orgs like THE GUARD (literally no fanbase) a chance at partnership
