I feel as if Sinatraa is just trying to save face by saying stuff like "I don't want to play competitively" and "If I come back it will only be for SEN" because he knows that organizations do not want to sign him because of the allegations. He can try to make his situation sound better to his fans if he keeps the stance that it's his own decision he's not in the pro scene right now.

Like I said before why would Sinatraa want to be going to a org who will likely pay him less just so he plays also the chances of that org being in valorant franchising is a whole other thing by it self

Its not worth it for him
