APAC has subregions according to riot a Indonesian team must have 3 indonesian and 2 imports
like MYSG team bleed has 3 mysg player and 2 EMEA imports
EMEA teams does not have such restrictions they can have any player from Europe country does not matter

True but i mean that forsaken and mindfreak are imports from another country in apac unlike bleed for example who imported players from EU
