Why Guild beat Optic (Theory)

I think a big reason that optic lost to guild was the map pool. Icebox and split are the two most difficult maps to lurk on, which meant that marved had less impact. also warming up + off day for yay yadda yadda

guild is superior to optic
optic got exposed and today XSET will send them to lowers where they will get destroyed by DRX and PRX

Optics Icebox has been shit the bed for a while not sure what happened, they were really good at one point on it, its a chamber map and they have a top 5 chamber, but yay never frags hard on it now lately, unless I missed something

Guild defeated OpTic and it was a very close game
11-13 and 14-16
They struggled to defeat OpTic when their star player wasnt warmed up.

In conclusion guild is trash, awake yay would absolutely own these flukers

because on icebox kitchen can be covered by an alarmbot and it can be very difficult to get good timing through mid. If someone peeks boiler you're basically dead. And on split mid is also a lot harder to lurk through. Compared to maps like ascent an haven where you can manipulate rotations more easily and there are more gaps
