Why 7 teams? They can't fill out the bracket
They cant reliably fill their VCT bracket, how the hell are they gonna fill 30 VRLs
VRL CIS got dropped because of the ongoing tensions in CIS. Hence the 7 teams instead of 8.
How they gonna fill the bracket then
They aren't
So how will it work then?
It probably would be the same format as the EMEA Promotion Tourney. Two play-in groups, one group (4 teams) playing in GSL format, and the other (3 teams) in round robin format.
Probably they're gonna invite one more team to it
or
Gonna give the "Strongest team" free pass to next upper bracket
