Will an org pick up M3C if they make masters?

I feel like prolly not until next year, unless they make champions

I think they will pick some players looking forward to the franchising, teams like G2 will build superteams and i'm pretty sure they will be taking some players from M3C

Correct. Only way for other orgs to pick M3C up at this moment is by buying them from Gambit

idk but they are one of the good orgs known in fps and one of the good orgs from cs
