saw another post about it and I was wondering if any SA viewers can tell me who and where the young talent in the subregion is

i can't really believe that there isn't any, that seems very unlikely considering the popularity in the region.

There are many young talent but very few org are taking the risk of taking them.
Experience over potential is the mindset right now.

This team is basically the Indian version of Teal Seam, made of 16 yos radiants. Unfortunately seemple already stopped trying to compete because of exams just like many Indians. Venkabot is especially the one to look out for the future btw. Sensei from Lethal Esports is also pretty good
