Fix the reply bug

It's been there for like forever. Can we get a fix plz?

I'm talking about the one in which when you're trying to reply to a comment but it goes to the bottom of the thread instead of the comment.

it only happens if you try replying before the timer, then do it again.

i think when it rejects the reply it changes it into a normal comment instead on the second try
