Which players would become irrelevant or just never be able to perform to their old standards

I’ll start Yay

Now Yay is a great player and probably eventually bounce back but currently he is a Chamber 1 trick and the only other agent he plays is Jett which got nerfed

Who else do you guys think?

People will go back to jet again (if Chamber is nerfed into oblivion) simply because the operator is not so efficient with almost all other agents.

Just imagine though...People bitching about Simple Awping......Bunch of crybabies in the Valorant fandom because their precious players can't use the operator.

I think this would be the best approach as if chamber is nerfed to a point where he is viable but not a reliable op agent then people will go back to Jett which would force them to be much more aggressive while oping stopping the boring chamber meta

it dsnt matter because good player make agent great, not the agent

if chamber or jett cant OP its work both ways other team are facing this issue too and Yay will be more rifle
its you like saying Yay win because he 'only use' chamber so what happen if we takes chamber or Jett

good player that can adapt win not the agent

bro Yay riffle is still up there like literally Yay perfomance may decrease (no bias) but its not like team they face not suffered too
so its like you cut yay perfomance 20% but everyone get cuts too so it dsnt matter if chamber nerf got hit yay since Yay spec is way above average pros

It doesn’t matter how good his rifle is look at cNed he was arguably the best Jett player and his rifling was on the same level as Yay but after the nerf he never really showed the same performance again and when he did it was on rare occasions

People in this site have a memory span of like 3 months, yay was a beast even with jett, and he can still play other agents if his team asks him to like he did on abx.Teams will adapt, and the game will always have a need for good operator players, it doesnt matter if its with chamber, jett, or other agents

I do know this but Jett got nerfed to the ground and he hasn’t played Jett ever since the nerf and even if he plays jett he will now need play more aggressive and he won’t be able to OP as much and even when he does it won’t be as viable as it used to be

Yea, he only fully switched to chamber in Masters 1(cuz jett got nerfed) and recently now.

And let's be honest, was his chamber the sole reason they won masters? Definitely not.

he doesnt entry, always lurking and baiting and only hold angles
if there was a stat like in soccer: player who least move in a match, im 99% it would be yay

If Chamber gets nerfed hard enough, the Operator becomes irrelevant in pro play. Chamber one tricks go back to Jett and play hard entry I guess.
