Lets start with First kills and Deaths per round
Sen TenZ - C9 Leaf - Ghost Nismo - OpTic Yay - EG Boostio - FaZe Babybay
ok lets go
Quickly -
Sole Fragger = I no frag, we no win
Entry fragger = I run in, i get kill, i die (team on site tho)
Hold Fragger = They run at me, i kill
Babybay - 0.19 FKPR, 0.15 FDPR
5th in First Kills, tied 4th for First deaths
Role : Entry Fragger
Teammate : Dicey (HF)
Boostio - 0.20 FKPR, 0.11 FDPR
Tied 2nd for first kills, low FD in comparison
Role : Hold Fragger
Teammate : jawgemo (EF)
Yay - 0.24 FKPR, 0.14 FDPR
Highest first kill PR, Tied 8th FDPR

Nismo aka the statistically best player in NA, right beside Yay - 0.20 FKPR, 0.14 FDPR
tied 2nd first kills, tied 8th FDPR
Role : Entry fragger
Teammate : Koalanoob (HF)
Heres where my point starts
Leaf aka that worst performing player S1 vs S2 - 0.18 FKPR, 0.22 FDPR
Tied for 6th in FK with people like Dicey, Bdog (0.08 FDPR btw), and Koala, #1 in FDPR with 0.22
Role : Hold Fragger
Teammate : Xeppaa (EF)
TenZ - 0.2 FK, 0.2 FD
Tied 2nd for first kills, 2nd in first deaths
Role : Sole Fragger
This is a post targeting Tenz and Leaf, the two players in the worst systems in NA VCT.
Lets start with readdressing FK v FD. Ya know where teammate 2 is for each?
Kanpeki at 0.08 (8% he gets the FK) and Mitch, yeah not Xeppaa, at 0.08 as well. Lets tally the teams FK ok?
Sen = 0.44
C9 = 0.47
without Leaf and Tenz that is 0.24 for Sen and 0.29 for C9. Rn id like to shoutout @willminder who post valorant stats on Twiiter. He kind brought this on.
C9 coverts 77.4% (48 / 62) of their 5v4's. Middle of the road overall. They are decent in 4v5's at 26.8% (18 / 68). Which, overall, what C9's problem comes down to is most of
those 4v5 rounds are without Leaf, while most of those 5v4 are CAUSED by leaf (which likely leaves him hurt as a result). His production has dropped massively when looking S1 vs S2. His FK is the same in S1 as S2, but in stage 1 he was the first death 5% (0.05) less. He was alive more. Leaf is great in the clutch if you allow him to. From 31% clutch % in S1 to a 13% clutch in S2. Xeppaa had FK 7% more, Mitch had FK 6% more. C9 had major success by having the first kill (a 5v4) 60% of the time!
Sen. and. Tenz. Sen converts 81.8% (45 /55) of their 5v4's. Second best NA behind 100T (who are also the best 4v5 teams). Sen only coverts 23.9% of their 4v5's though, which is below average. But heres the problem. by quantity Sen have won the most 4v5's with 21. THEY HAVE HAD 88 4V5 SITUATIONS. 20 MORE ROUNDS THAN #2 IN C9.
This is the problem. These two teams are underproducing in the shear avenue of advantages. That's the problem. C9 succeeded when they were able to have most of the first kills, thus not forcing them into disadvantage all the time. Sentinals succeeded when Tenz was allowed to have a 22% FK and just a 13% FD. At that time the team just barely had advantage most of the time BUT AT LEAST THE ONE PLAYER FORCED TO DRAG THEM OUT OF EVERY PIT WASN'T DEAD AND OUT FOR 20% OF THE ROUNDS. At this point im just annoyied. Tenz is a remarkable player but he is not put into a position that allows for him to play anymore. He either gets the first kill and they win the round or he's dead first and his team just loses. Hell, he is STILL playing solo entry. YA KNOW WHAT EVERY OTHER PLAYER I MENTIONED HAD? A FRAGGING TEAMMATE WHO CAN MAKE UP FOR THEM DYING. THERE ARE TWO TEAMS IN NORTH AMERICA WITH THE AUDACITY TO STILL RUN A SOLE FRAGGING POSITIONED PLAYER AND THATS SEN AND GAURD.
HERE ILL RUN THROUGH IT
ZEKKEN - CRYO
VICTOR - YAY
MADA - BDOG
XEPPAA - LEAF
NISMO - KOALANOOB
JAWGAMO - BOOSTIO
ASUNA - WILL
BABYBAY - DICEY
S0M - TEX
SEVEN - COREY
TENZ
SAYA
ya know who are the twoNA teams that have amazing national success go to masters and get rolled out of the first round and then proceed to flounder in NA afterwards?
Gaurd. Sen.
Oly reason Guard hace a win is because of their better support for saya.
Thats it
