I don't know about the rules but are all matches to be conducted on Singapore server or they change server so that both team gets comparable ping?

like a team form Hongkong vs singapore so on which server match will be played?

Ping should be fair among the teams that's it

both the teams joins the lobby and then admin checks in which server is it fair for both the teams to play.

if 1 team is in SG and one in HK then ig one map is played on HK server and one on SG server and maybe a toss for third map if it goes till third map

i hope they do 1 map in mumbai and 1 in singapore for GE and Enigma

Same thing was implemented in tec showdown

I think SG is the default server unless both teams agree to on some other server
