i think our esport players doesn't give all their time to the game. of course they say "we are working 10 hours a day" but i don't think it is true. I think our players are a little lazy too. A new agent comes into the game and no one is trying to get out of their comfort zone and learn about that agent. I think we have coaches who understand the game, but they cannot tell new things to our players who do not want to leave their comfort zone, and despite all this failure and disappointment, they still see themselves at a very high level and this is the worst thing that can happen to any esport player.

Same with brazil the only exception is LOUD

They play more for fun than professionalism

bro i am so okey with that. i think our players see esports just like monthly paychecks. when something little bit bad happens their mental is just booming and they excuse this for their unsuccessful results.

You are right. I was thinking about the same thing. Players don't want to get out of their comfort zone, so probably they are training 3-4 hours a day and VOD reviewing 2 hours. At the end of the day, they are losing too much and Turkish teams are generally behind in tactics if you compare to EU teams.
