Yeah the production is really bad and i think everyone can agree on this but the matches itself are really hype . India really needs riot to hold a tournament themselves instead of giving it to others.

pretty sure they do get, they have different dev accounts to play (thats why are also able to play on old patch), whereas for south asian teams, no matter if new patch came yesterday have to play on that latest patch....

As far as i know riot is avoiding any direct connection to indian scene because of recent chinese app bans, maybe thats why they are not hosting any tournament.
