What players/teams do you think fell off either after a trade, or roster revamp?

(example: steel being a genius igl then underperforming with t1; no hate to steel though i like to watch him)

Heretics, Giants, and SMB all fell off pretty hard after making roster changes and selling off certain players
In NA, Andbox were also pretty competitive at multiple points but always fell a bit short
