Despite having the best resources and org backup how does NA still flop at most esports they take part in?.

most NA kids dont have same work ethic imo, had it too ez growing up

they think money is all it takes, everyone's ready to invest their money but not their time

I don't know, but I think its the lifestyle and maybe individualism. Or whatever its called. People have bigger egos and care more about own game than team's and that's why it takes longer to develop and teams fall apart quickly. Could be wrong though.
