According to Wikipedia, Vanity is the excessive belief in one's own abilities or attractiveness to others, or inflated pride in oneself or one's appearance. The related term "vainglory" is now often seen as an archaic synonym for 'vanity', i.e. unjustified boasting; the Latin term from which it derives, gloria, roughly means "boasting". So with this information i can say that vanity and Boaster are the same person
