there is literally no points, also they just changed the NA points 2 months after it already ended

it makes sense, also the point difference isnt huge, for top 8 its +50 only
if it was the other way you could theoratically win masters 2 but dont go to champs which would be even worse (its now possible aswell but realistically its not)
