Yes this is exactly what I expected. Yacine isn't a firepower upgrade, forced them to shuffle roles and fucked up a lot so of course they shit the bed. They had a much better chance of making Champs with russ. He was a weak link, but someone made a very stupid decision, maybe as a last ditch effort to make franchising.
