one combo that I've tried and liked a lot (and is relatively budget) is the keychron v1 barebones edition with akko cs silver switches, they have a 1mm actuation point(same as wooting he just without rapid trigger or other features).

get a barebones kit and some low actuation point switches if you want to go full custom, I can elaborate more if you're interested
