Main reason was that they had Ethan ready to join them and he was too good a player to let the offer pass.
So they dropped Dicey because he was the most expendible member. He could only play jett and he was not a top tier jett main, also pretty inconsistent (making him the least valuable player on the team)

I only pointed out what I saw on streams and I only meant to callout the particular toxic players I came across through streams of people like ShahZam TenZ and SicK. (For example yesterday there was a dude who was being abusive to ShahZ and he literally said "dude ur a bitch" to ShahZ)
