Not only is this team budget but also economically efficient

Riot is the Jury/Judge/Executioner, they can easily let an org to pickup the TGRD and it doesnt set a precedent as TGRD is technically not selling the spot as they already paid the buyout therefore no Riot did the wrong thing and messed everything up
