They're legit as arrogant as they get. They talk crap about other teams, and when zombs goes 1/15 k/d and they lose to G2, he says it was on purpose for a "better seed". They can't accept defeat gracefully and always make excuses.

They're mostly cringe 9-year olds who flock from one team to another so they're always supporting the winning team. I think it makes them feel better lol
exactly. we don't need overrated Sentinels hogging up precious spots in the semis
9 year old Sen fans aren't exactly known for their sharp minds
Give me one good reason why I should respect them.
They talk crap about everyone else, have toxic fanboys and fangirls who worship Sentinels like a Greek Gods, and when they lose, they make cringe posts on Twitter trying to defend themselves and being too stubborn to accept defeat gracefully.
Lol same. This match can be arguably the most difficult and contentious one from all the quarterfinal matches.
true, the game against CR and how it was practically a neck and neck match means a lot
VS 2-0 sweep vs Gambit? I'm rooting for VS but I doubt it will be a 2-0 since their coach said on the Korean stream that they got absolutely wrecked by Gambit during scrims. Yes ik scrims don't mean everything.... but still....
JP #2 seed putting up a kneck and kneck fight with Emea #1
CR showed that JP do deserve 2 spots
Not trying to generalize here, but a lot of their fans are very annoying, they think the world revolves around them, and worst of all they spam way too much in twitch chats compared to other supporters. The players for the most part were ok, but now that they lost to G2, 1/15 k/d zombs and a few others are just making excuses and can't actually accept defeat gracefully.
yeah ik. I tried to ignore seeding and match the arguably stronger teams with the weaker ones but that wouldn't honor the actual seedings and would theoretically not be fair.
In my 100% honest opinion..... the current matchups are ass
A better one imo would be:
a) Gambit vs Kru
b) 100T vs G2
c) VS vs Envy
d) Sentinels vs Acend/SMB
a vs b
c vs d
I kind of want to know what you guys think is an ideal bracket (pls don't judge me, if mine sucks just say its bad and don't grill me too much :)
scuffed matchups rn
a better one imo would be:
VS vs Envy
Gambit vs Kru
100T vs G2
Sentinels vs Acend/SMB
They're already a top 3 contender ;)
I hope you step on a Lego brick while barefoot
this is legit the most sensible and logical thing I have read on this site ever
Valorant offers more team cooperation and ability usage rather than raw mechanical aim (don't get me wrong though, cracked aim is definitely important). In a country with significantly less populations than major regions like NA or EU, you will statistically have a smaller number of mechanically skilled gamers. Therefore, Koreans rely on other aspects of the game where they excel at, specifically utility usage and team coordination, hence why they are generally worse at games with less mechanical skill such as CSGO and better at more utility and team cooperation ordinated games like LOL and Overwatch.
bruh lol... can i get a cookie tho?
I seriously doubt he picked up a new agent on map he never plays her on days before a tourney, probably has been practicing it for a while
nobody is going to be experimenting new tactics and strats days before a major tourney....
Yes but it shows that Sen can be beat by teams from other regions
VS have apparently beaten Sentinels in scrims.
Vlr.gg post summarizing today's events at Berlin found here
In this post, Vlr.gg writes how Vision Strikers head coach termi was interviewed on the Korean Broadcast claiming they had beaten Sentinels in scrims.
Quote from article:
"Even in scrims they did so well. Our results are mostly similar but we've beaten almost all the teams here… Yes, even Sentinels,” termi finished, to the Korean broadcast's surprise."
He said that specifically in a response to me tho, even though I previously mentioned exactly what they complained about.
Did i say 100T didn't deserve their win??? If anything, I even credited them for pulling through well and making the comeback. Stop trying to stir up a non-existent argument that nobody wants to hear.
I wouldn't exactly say Gambit got "rekt" by 100T. (In my opinion) Gambit were still the better performing side with way higher k/ds and even more round wins, it's just that they kind of threw and 100T pulled through well.
I think he meant that as a response to that salty guy who mentioned Japan earlier even though the guy before him had mentioned sea
And league :D
I'm not underrating PRX. VS just had some poorly thought out and uncoordinated site entries and retakes, regardless of if PRX is good or not.

I really like VS and hope they win, but you really think they will edge it out over Acend? They looked a bit disappointing with their extremely close match against PRX. (hopefully they were strat saving or something)
Bruh. You ranked KRU a potential 3rd best team at Berlin?
I like VS but i have to agree with you. Acend just look better. The only somewhat justified argument someone can use is that VS were just saving strats and have more up their sleeve while Acend had to actually tryhard a lot and give everything they had against SMB since SMB had beaten them in their previous matchup in the EMEA tournament and they didn’t want to risk anything.
Did I say you denied that it's impossible?
somewhat agree: seeding is basically the only way to measure up and compare teams with one another in terms of how good each team is from their respective regions, but then again, most games from na and emea are neck and neck and seeding usually means nothing to determine the outcome and winner
i mean.... it happened before right? (although I don't think it will happen, I'm just saying it is possible)
I haven't payed attention to whether or not the location of seating matters on your seed, but if it is then that's actually a really solid assumption.
just because Sen picked it doesn't mean 100t are not good on that map and just because they picked it doesn't mean some sort of guaranteed win for sen
calm down kid. ofc there can be upsets and exceptions with teams winning other's map pick, but in general, in a bo5, you play more maps and if you are the worse team, the chance of playing the map which you're the best at and winning one is higher than if you were to play in a bo3
In a BO3 the chance of 100t best map being banned is higher than in a BO5
Yes but in a BO5 you play 2 more maps than in a BO3 so if that match was not a 5 map game then the odds of the map that 100t won on would be banned or not played would be much higher.
The point is that in a BO5 you have a way better chance of winning at least a single map then in a BO3.
