Viper is too much of a mainstay on many maps, and have been for too long. This change is just like the skye nerf that allowed Geeko to be meta. I think teams are more likely to play clove now and run double controller with viper clove. Would be fun to watch

personally I would still take gen g but it is not definitive. Talon is 4-1, Secret is 3-3 like gen but also beat PRX. Despite the record I believe T1 are also pretty good. Lots of teams you could put in that 3rd spot
I'm not even a flair haver but Sen reached the top. Even if they crash and burn from here on out the team was a success. Say whatever you want about the downfall but you can't call them failures.

Great list but I think Marved and Pancada at minimum need a mention for the smokes tier. Mako had a bit of a down year last year like these 2 so I don't think they are that far off
No win tourney win was, or ever will be a fluke. A win is a win. Stop discrediting the teams and players for the work they have put in to get to the top (except the FPX/Navi one they suck)
