I do think the OP can be countered with util and closing in especially when the agent using it doesn't have the same caliber escape util that Jett did. But that last point of yours is great. I just think maybe a little bit of tweaking with fire rate or pull out time could be good as of now.
Considering the recent patch changes with Jett, it seems that the chances for anybody to peek with an op and get away alive has lowered tremendously even if they get a kill and I guess that has to do with the OP fire rate and the time it takes to scope-in. Chamber can still use it pretty well but for a gun as important and expensive as an op, it should give a little more value in terms of usage.
Don't know how to better put it, but should Riot make op similar to CSGO's AWP? Currently it is more similar to the AWP from 1.6 imo.
