i think it was Subroza and Rossy but Rossy was the main IGL

posted about a year ago

idk TSM started to look like they were stabilizing before franchising came and IGLs dont always need to have insane aim look at OPTC FNS for example

it's most likely certain that ShahZaM is dropped from the Sentinels roster, but I'm generally curious who they will pick cause there is so many choices like:

OPTC FNS
V1 Zander
GHST johnqt
XSET dephh
TGRD valyn
FAZE Poach
TSM Rossy
SR dazzLe

Even some T2 IGLs:

DR Trick
CB ZachaREEE
THE Harmon

I haven't really seen this team play a lot apart from APAC challengers stage 2, However i think they have a very good shot this year in the Pacific League in 2023. The way their assembling their roster is good but it isn't certain if your going to be the 6th man on their roster. Seeing that they are representing all of India its gonna put a lot of pressure on them and i hope they can hold up to the challenge that is ahead of them this year.

posted about a year ago

I hope they have another chance in the future to get into franchising, they have been the best NA team for 2 years and that was including when they were ENVY, I wish to see this team back on the main stage one day.

The reason why LOUD winning Champions is good because it's not just NA and EMEA winning every VCT event, and showing that other regions can rise up and become better than the 2 super regions so i have very high hopes for LOUD in the future but i hope they don't turn out like Acend last Champions. seeing that now most regions rae coming together EMEA and the Americas are tired right now in tournament wins, can't wait to see if Pacific can get trophies underneath their belt.

Americas

Masters:
Reykjavik 2021- Sentinels
Reykjavik 2022- OpTic Gaming

Champions:
Istanbul 2022- LOUD

EMEA

Masters:
Berlin 2021- Gambit
Copenhagen 2022- FunPlus Phoenix

Champions:
Berlin 2021- Acend

True there was a bit of a slip up against XSET

posted about a year ago

I think it would be closer than that 😂

posted about a year ago

Both teams are absolute monsters but I think FunPlus Phoenix will be taking the win on this one 2-1. DRX will put a amazing fight against them but I think DRX will lose this match regardless, FunPlus Phoenix is looking like they are back into their shape like they were in Copenhagen meaning their anti-strats are back in play so I think DRX will lose this match but DRX has shown so much improvement and 4th place is amazing in a tournament like Champions can't wait to see what DRX does next year.

The scoreline will be:

2-0
FPX 16-14 DRX
FPX 13-10 DRX

2-1
DRX 14-12 FPX
FPX 13-11 DRX
FPX 13-10 DRX

i'm not saying anything and i just think XSET doesn't deserve the hate

posted about a year ago

XSET after their match with FunPlus Phoenix accimulated a lot of hate towards the the team. The reason why this happened is because of what occured on the Ascent game it was tied up 1-1 and the score was 11-12 XSET needed one more round to make it OT, then the KJ turret bugs out and shoots heaven when no one was there and XSET proceeds to peak and lose the game because of it. Then later on around 3am in the morning both teams were called back in to replay that series and this made FunPlus Phoenix mad and proceed to call XSET and its members a bunch of losers for asking Riot for the replay but that's not the case turns out XSET, didn't want to replay and instead wanted to leave with dignity but then Riot decided to repay the series because of the bug, this also meant XSET couldn't refuse or they wouldn't be able to get their franchising spot for 2023 so they had to do it but Riot didn't tell FunPlus Phoenix that they initiated the replay not XSET. Even though the replay happened XSET still lost 14-16 to FunPlus Phoenix most likely because everyone was tired and it was around 3am.

I don't think XSET deserves the hate they are getting right now

dk really

idk ANGE1 looking real good right now and Enzo is good he's not weak neither is Mistic their just doing their job the best they can

posted about a year ago

True i think FNATIC is the most inconsistent team i have seen all year

posted about a year ago

True XSET looking amazing but i think their going through a Team Liquid Champs 2021 phase

posted about a year ago

We have to wait and see FPX always does crazy stuff in Lower Bracket

posted about a year ago

I think FunPlus Phoenix is taking this game either 2-1 or 2-0. The reason why i think this is because their game against Leviatan was amazing to watch and ANGE1 was different, but XSET i think is going through what Team Liquid went through back in Champions 2021 so im scared that XSET, may fall off after Champs but we really dk what will happen but i think FunPlus Phoenix will take this matchup still both teams are amazing but i think NA is losing this one and EMEA is surviving. FunPlus Phoenix just has 10x more experience than XSET on Lan seeing that FunPlus Phoenix won Copenhagen and XSET, bombed out after 2 games after being hyped up and seeing that now FunPlus Phoenix has knowledge and seen how XSET plays i think XSET is gonna get heavy counter-strated.

2-0
FPX 14-12 XSET
FPX 13-9 XSET

2-1
FPX 13-11 XSET
XSET 15-13 FPX
FPX 13-7 XSET

ANGE1 can frag when he needs to and he has loads of experience because of his age, put those 2 together and you have an amazing player and that player for an example is ANGE1.

In my opinion this will be a very close game between both teams but i think that DRX are taking the bag on this one. The reason why i think this is because DRX has gone up against alot more tougher opponents than FNATIC have like FunPlus Phoenix and LOUD, while FNATIC only beat FURIA and 100 Thieves and then lost to XSET in the Quarterfinals and beat Team Liquid which is currently having a bad situation. DRX's mental looks like it has improved dramatically since we last saw them in Reykjavik and Copenhagen and even tho DRX lost to LOUD 2-0 I still think DRX will pull this win.

2-0
DRX 16-14 FNC
DRX 13-6 FNC

2-1
DRX 15-13 FNC
FNC 13-10 DRX
DRX 13-11 FNC

Yay is a actual monster man has shown that ADS is a full on viable thing in VAL when everyone saw it as completely, useless his aim is immaculate and shows why he is the most consistent player along side players like ardiis, aspas and stax especially cant forget big boy Marved.

True we just have to see

True but a usually teams like OpTic can stop them but we'll see

posted about a year ago

True Pearl is NA best map

posted about a year ago

I think this will either be a close game or completely one sided. The reason why i think this is because OpTic has 10x more LAN experience and has shown more consistency across all val tournaments apart from Champions 2021. XSET have only made it to 2 LAN events and only played 2 games in Copenhagen and they are having the same glory, that Team Liquid had last Champs but i still have high hopes for XSET taking this match but i think OpTic will win regardless so the score line will most likely be 2-0, or if XSET can put up a amazing fight it will be 2-1 but XSET will still lose.

I still think LOUD will be able to win like 40% chance I think but DRX in my opinion has like 60% chance of winning

posted about a year ago

True

posted about a year ago

Even if LOUD do beat DRX I still think there is a very slim chance of FNATIC winning. DRX just looking different

posted about a year ago

I think this matchup can really go either way both of these teams are absolutely amazing, and played very well in the Quarterfinal matches but I think overall DRX will take this matchup 2-1 with 3 really close games. Both rosters are absolutely amazing with DRX focusing on more strategic based gameplay and LOUD with more firepower based gameplay but still I think DRX will take this 2-1.

posted about a year ago

There's a possibility but I would say it's gonna be a close match in favour of OpTic

posted about a year ago

EMEA is still in the top 3 best regions so they are difficult matchups

posted about a year ago

I don't think ORDER will be returning for a while seeing there is no funding

posted about a year ago

I mean XSET has always been a top NA team and with this performance in Champions most likely they'll get franchising

posted about a year ago

Out of all of APAC I loved ORDER the most I hope that roster gets a home soon they just needed time

posted about a year ago

XSET are looking amazing right now. Beating the likes of FunPlus Pheonix and FNATIC 2 of the strongest, EMEA has to offer however I'm hoping the thing that Team Liquid experienced doesn't happen to XSET where they have a amazing run in Champions and immediately start playing bad the next year. I have very high hopes for XSET and have them as my 4th favourite to win champions 3rd being DRX, 2nd being FunPlus Pheonix and 1st being OpTic Gaming, I wish XSET the best of luck.

posted about a year ago

I think it's because Pearl is a aim orientated map and most of EMEA, don't have the same fragging power as other regions such as NA, East Asia, SA and APAC.

posted about a year ago

well seeing that it is OpTic Gaming most likely a lot and seeing that Team Liquid beat Paper Rex, i would assume they bring a lot as well so i would say at least a cross all streams like 400k-600k.

posted about a year ago

I think DRX will probably get to Lower Round 3. The reason i think this is because during their matches against FURIA and 100 Thieves it appears that their mental has improved from Reykjavik and Copenhagen, for example when they were losing on Ascent to FURIA they started to make a massive comeback and usually they start losing a lot of rounds you can see in replays that they are getting frustrated, however they have shown their improvement in their mental so i think the best they'll get is Lower Round 3 but idk for certain what will happen.
