EMEA consist of 4 Sub regions but it's basically just European / Semi European Countries + MENA (Middle East + North Africa) in LCQ.
In the last Major event (VCT Champions 2021) 4/4 EMEA teams went 2-0 in their groups and 3 of them ended in Top 3. It makes 0 sense having a region with way worse competition and way less teams to have same slots as EMEA, Turkey had more teams than KR and JP qualifiers combined also KR performance seems to be falling off every event and Japan won only 1 series out of 9.
Also even Latam has more slots than EMEA which again makes 0 sense when EMEA is certainly a bit better overall.
I think rito forgot to add Turkey, CIS, VRL, Gambit and Acend direct invite and 10 slots for Antarctica

So Riot allows 1 team per org at any time,so you can't have a main team and a Academy team playing in VCT at the same time however female teams or teams who can play GC are an exception so this is why there can 1 main and 1 Female team in vct at the same time
just don't suck and lose to no name teams, how hard could it be for a so called "Tier 1" team

This proves nothing. ENVY already beat the 2 best teams in the tournament (SEN, 100T) and used all of their strategy + energy to reach the grand finals...On the other hand, Gambit had a cakewalk path to this mickey mouse trophy, so it shouldn't even count if you ask me.
NA Valorant is still the best region in the world and we will make sure of that come VALORANT Champions in December.

APAC north - CN,JP,KR
APAC south - SA,SEA,OCE
yeah each region should have a chance for representation but giving a direct masters qualification to every country or every minor region isn't a good idea
yeah it would be better if it worked like EMEA, Normal KR,JP,CN Challengers,top teams play a playoff to qualify.
I don't really think 3 slots for CIS are justified right now seeing how other CIS teams(except gambit) aren't really that good
yeah I believe they are good enough they won't even take a single point of damage
I don't even think gambit stands a chance against them
