filipinos usually dont have problems with playing on SG servers but there was a typhoon that struck us last december and alot of our internet infrastructure got damaged which resulted in bad routing to servers in any game.

hk server is usually the best for filipino players. SG is tolerable if you have the right ISP. some ISPs favor SG while others favor HK. its just weird how that works

yes 2 only. i know it's sad because the SA fanbase is huge but if the 2 SA participants can show up during regionals maybe they will get 3 slots in stage 2 similar to how MYSG got another slot this time around

slot allocation is fine there is an argument for SA-3 and OCE-2 but overall looks nice. Hopefully the regional playoffs will be LAN only so that SA and OCE teams can have a fair shot at making it to masters events
