even if they win against DFM, they are playing against PRX and DRX back to back next week

We all know duelist is the most popular role in Valorant and by far the preferred role of up and coming young players. The duelist role is the starting point for anyone who wants to consider going pro and it is much more important now because you want to catch the attention of the franchised teams. Doing that is much easier on duelist than it is for any other role.
I believe that having to import duelists from other regions only harms the local scene because it would plant the idea that "there is no talent in x region/country so lets just import"(kinda like what happened with the NA LCS where they started importing midlaners). Any future talent would start to reconsider their prospects because there is only a few spots for them and they'll have to compete with imports.

I don't have a problem if a team wants to import an IGL, coach, or a very talented Controller/Sentinel but please leave the duelist role for the local talent.
Do you guys think this is a bad opinion?

TLDR: Primary duelists should be from local talents and not imports

so yay is trying to prove that he isnt a chamber OTP?
im kinda torn on "he should play chamber so his team can have a fighting chance" or "yeah its reasonable for a pro player to want to expand their agent pool"

the moment players start playing politics for roster changes is the time that a team is gonna go downhill.

Colonialism will always be a net negative but what i can say is the spanish were worse

posted 1 month ago

We were an American colony. The americans made basic education accessible to the masses unlike the spanish. English was made the method of instruction until today.

Also in our constitutiom both english and filipino are our official languages

all groups need to have atleast 2 wins even if you are top 1 you cant get to play offs if you have only 1 win. other wise the slots go to the other group

posted 1 month ago

RRQ has a good chance against them. ZETA and Talon are the real question marks.
Omega Group is just so stacked

the official VCT twitter

posted 1 month ago

yes they played 3 times already but last week was the only week where they played 2 times. this week and the next 2 weeks they will only play once

posted 1 month ago

not to mention the scheduling for group alpha is so bad. Out of 4 weeks they have 2 weeks where they play twice.

the only problem with comms is with zest and sscary. singaporeans have no problem communicating in english as its one of their official languages.

ok and? its not like the manager decides who goes on the roster. her job is just to watch over the players and get everything they need, including visas and what not.

You guys are forgetting that Teams Secret is a western org with American and European board members. Those guys make the decision if they're gonna keep the players or not.
If they get rid of Jessie who's gonna be the IGL? its not like the philippines has a lot of tier 1 experienced IGLs lying around waiting to be picked up

posted 1 month ago

NAOS will make it to ascension instead of ZOL trust me

posted 1 month ago

im genuinely curious why you guys think there is nepotism in TS

posted 1 month ago

you need a minimum of 2 match wins otherwise the omega bracket teams can get alpha bracket's slots

posted 1 month ago

what? they're banned right now?

posted 1 month ago

korea and china would swallow japan tbh

posted 1 month ago

jessie isnt even the problem

posted 1 month ago

they still have a chance because it's still group stage but if they dont win their next 2 matches i doubt they'll even qualify for playoffs.

Also, FOR THE 1000000000000000TH TIME JESSIEVASH AND JREMY ARE NOT RELATED BY BLOOD.

another question for vietnamese. was it necessary to change saigon's name?

NGL the beef with kohaibi and ex-smg core makes these games more interesting to watch.
3-1 Xipto

posted 1 month ago

you're right but if they cant handle a little bit of infighting then they shouldnt be on the same team

posted 1 month ago

nope but they way they've been acting on twitter tells us that they have bad blood

posted 1 month ago

we will never see enerii and kohaibi on the same team again

LMAOOOOO ENERII WON THE LAST ROUND WITH A SHERIFF ACE

posted 1 month ago

the language barrier was definitely noticeable but i feel like he vibed with the other coaches when he asked "do your players bring up about wanting to play like PRX"

posted 1 month ago

he's gonna be on the next episode along with other coaches that weren't there

the alecks episode is gonna be fun

It's a slice of life mixed with action every now and then. Its a refreshing take on the fantasy genre which has been riddled with a lot of fast paced power fantasy.

The main draw of frieren is its philosophy towards life rather than the fights themselves. Its not everyone's cup of tea but its pretty good.

posted 1 month ago

yes we really dont know but its fun to speculate :D

posted 1 month ago

Jersey looks cool but their logo is still bad

posted 1 month ago

Enerii has consistently been at the top of APAC GC if she is "toxic" for wanting to win then I guess her former teammates couldnt handle the pressure of the competition.

you see a parent doing an act of love for their child and immediately assume its sexual. Get off the internet and start having a real connection with your parents

posted 1 month ago

what im trying to say is its common in asian cultures

posted 1 month ago

So many weirdos here. That's also a common thing here in the Philippines. Of course we dont do it anymore when we grow up but there is nothing sexual about it.

Ages 1-7 is perfectly normal for their parents to kiss them on the lips.
