Nobody in this team ever takes accountability. Most are just blaming other players on the team in general. Stax, buzz and the coach have mostly blamed sylvan for their losses even when its not his fault at all. Izu stays quiet to dodge blame and is just concerned with not getting shit on by buzz even to the degree that he let blame go to sylvan for his mistake.

A big problem is also they don't talk about what they need to do in the game but argue about who lost them the round instead. Its like a vod review during the game. Not actual good comms to talk strats, lift the mood and make the players perform better.
